My name is Sandy. I grew up in Utah and have always loved fashion. Growing up my mom had always owned her own stores and I have loved the idea of owning my own store since then. What better store to own than clothing and accessories. I am currently living in the PNW and loving every minute. I am married to the love of my life, we have been married 20+ years. I love to spend time with my grandkids, spoiling them, traveling with them, and just spending quality time with them. I love to travel, and am always looking for new places to visit.

Returns
We hope you absolutely LOVE everything you purchase from us, but we also understand that sometimes things just... don't work out! We offer a return policy for store credit!! So we hope to find you something that you do love. Please read our guidelines below and as always, feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
If you do need to return something, you have 3 days to contact us for your returns.
Guidelines for Returns: Items can be returned for store credit only. Store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of your original order's delivery date. To initiate your return, please email us with your order number and the item/items you'd like to return. Items must be unworn & unwashed. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur and smoke, and perfume. Lotions, makeup, hair accessories are not available for returns.

When shipping your item back to us for return, we recommend getting a tracking number for your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Trendy Tide Boutique has the right to refuse returns. If the return violates our policy or does not follow the guidelines listed above, Trendy Tide Boutique will not be able to issue a store credit and the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item shipped back to them. We cannot accept returns that do not meet our guidelines stated above. If you attempt to return an item that is not eligible for return and/or your return does not meet our guidelines stated above, we will contact you and give you the option to pay for return shipping back to you. We will hold non-returnable items for 3 business days. If you have not emailed us back after 3 days, the items will then be donated to charity. Return shipping invoices must be paid within 24 hours of contact. Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return. We will send your store credit to the email used to place the original order. XO
Shipping
Due to Covid 19, shipping carriers have been hit with delays that we have no control over. Our team is doing everything they can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time, and we appreciate each and every one of you.
Shipping Guidelines: Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.
Price of shipping is $9.70 for orders up to $75, $11.15 for orders up to $150, or FREE shipping on orders over $150.
